Panasonic KX-P6100 under WIN95

Hi all
Can anybody help me succesfully install this printer under Win95 ver B or C.
It seems to be an old Win3.x installation program following the printer.
Even if I download the latest version from www.Panasonic.com
Symptom:
The printer keeps the Error lamp lit.
The setup-program do see that the printer is a KX-6100 printer and waits
until the printer has finished the warm up sequence. When done the printer
goes to this error-mode and the setup-program tells, that an Error 31 is
there. "Try switch off power, and turn on again" The same is repeated.
