Urgent Request from anyone who recently received any of my manuals

I did something rather stupid today while doing a clean up on my hard
drive. I accidentally deleted all my email, thinking I was deleting my
back up files, which I wanted to update, since I hadn't done so in over
6 months.

As a result, I have the older back up file but lost the last 6 months +
of my email. However, worse still, I also lost months of updates on all
my assorted manuals, as I kept them in my email folders as well. This
is much more critical, as I did major updates and rewrites in the last
6-10 months.

So, if anyone here has a more recent copy than the following, I would
really appreciate if you could contact me at the email address below.
Rather than have everyone send me copies, please just indicate either
the date I sent it to you, if you still have the header on it, or the
date and version number of the manual you have, and I will respond to
the people who have the most recent editions and request they send me a
copy back.

The manuals I am needing are:

The Epson Cleaning Manual (This is the main basic guide) -anything
newer than 2/4/09

The Epson Wide Carriage Cleaning Guide - anything newer than 2/4/09

The Epson 3000 Cleaning Guide - anything newer than 4/12/09

The Canon Cleaning Guide - anything newer than 4/6/08

Yeah, I know, pretty stupid... and I should have a further back up, but
its funny how life goes by so quickly that you never notice where its
gone to.

Have you tried recovery software?
I accidentally formatted a slave with all my Jpegs and PCB artwork....
I got em' all back though. I used 'Get data'
(http://www.recovermyfiles.com/).

Moral is done go clodding a hard drive... smash it to oblivion!
