how to confirm the erros of DDR?

we have designed a bathes of new pcbs and the os of vxworks cannot
start up. it fails at the period of bootrom. with the help of BDI, I
can see the image has ever jumped into DDR from flash. I guess the
error maybe placed at DDR, but I cannot confirm the other parts of the
board has no problem.
can the other function modules, such as ethernet, also make the
vxworks fail at the period? all the interrupts work well.
are there some efficient methods to confirme the placement of the
errors?
