[Personal Alpha] no connection to host

Hello Happy Tax Payers,
Some of you remember that I installed PA on two PCs. Works fine today.
PC addresses are 192.168.1.20 and .21 fixed, VMS DTL01:: is
192.168.1.101 fixed, DTL02:: is 192.168.1.102 fixed
I just installed a third configuration on another PC (HP xw4600 Core
Duo : nice stuff ! )
PC is 192.168.1.14 fixed, VMS DTL03:: is 192.168.1.103 fixed
I do not succeed to see DTL03:: from the new PC and vice versa, but I
do see it (and successfully telnet and FTP) from my other PCs and my
other VMS nodes.
I double checked the Firewall, the SHARE option within PA, no idea
where it comes from.
Any clue please ?
