I work in a library where we have lots of computers, all PCs. A
person came in wanting to know how to download a solitaire game for an
elderly lady to play games on. I said easy. Then I found out it was
for an old IMAC running OS9. I still thought it should be easy.
NOOOOO. I tried setting it up to hook into our etherenet with the
correct IP info. Didn't work. Don't know why. On a pc I downloaded
a file called MacSolitaire.sea.hqx to a flash drive. I transfered it
to the IMAC but couldn't get to work there. What to do??? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

If there is a better group to post this, please let me know. I didn't
see a group for IMACs.

Yup. Wrong news group. This group discussed an operating system that
predates the Mac by several years.

You're looking for something like: comp.sys.mac.apps

Thanks Tim. I found comp.sys.mac.games. I'll try that.
