Hello,
Sorry per advance but i'm a newbie in RTOS OS-9 system.

At my work we have industrial tools with embedded OS-9 (on GESPAC
SBS-6
board).
We have .os9 files for backup/update software on boards but i don't
know how
to proceed for modify it.
I've looked all of the internet and i'm not able to find something
about
this kind of file.

Is there somebody know this .os9 files ?what's this (an image,a
file )?
Is there a possibility to open it?

Thanks per advance for your replies

Best regards

Baptiste

Many owners of Radio Shack Color Computers are familiar with OS-9.
What do you wish to change?

Hello Baptiste,

welcome to the os9 user group. OS9 files are mainly used by legacy EVG
industrial tools for wafer processing. These files contain several
compiled software modules which are responsible for controlling
various machine components.

Since you don't have the source code it will be rather hard to modify
any of these modules. But I think EVG is still in business and will
probably help you for a nominal fee.

So long,
Stefan from Austria

PS: Why do I have this certain notion that we know each other?
