Java JDK

I'm trying to install Java (1.4...) from the Innotek Java package, and
although it talks about the JDK, I can't find the java compiler, javac,
that is part of that.

Does anyone know where it might be available?

This is for eCS 1.2R.

Hi Paul

I'm guessing that you have installed the JRE rather than the SDK version
of java142 as the 142_09 SDK build definitely includes javac.exe:-

[J:\Java\JAVA142\bin]dir javac*

The volume label in drive J is ECSAPPS.
The Volume Serial Number is 4226:36FE.
Directory of J:\Java\JAVA142\bin

20-09-05 5:31p 79,432 0 a--- javac.exe

The SDK is here
http://www.os2site.com/sw/dev/java/java142_09/install_sdk.exe

You need to uninstall the JRE build *before* installing the SDK build.
