No. But you could try Little CMS:
http://www.littlecms.com/

But I suspect, it might not be what want you're looking for.
It is rather a complete CMS that reads profiles by its own.

Yes, littlecms is what was now integrated into Mozilla trunk. It finds
its profile through a location given in the about:config preferences.
But the other platforms obviously have functions to find a default
system color profile. But as you say, we don't have anything like it
on OS/2 and so I won't need to implement the method that would search
for that...

oops, I forgot to add. I made the unilateral decision to add the
following way to determine where the icm files should be stored:-

SET ICC_PROFILES=<path>

...just in case I ever use icc/icm in some other application.
