Problem with samba netdrive plugin

Lately (say, since Samba 3.0.33), I am experiencing serious problems of stability of the NDCTL plugin (both version 1.0 or 1.5beta): After a while (several times per day), while I start dowloading a file in firefox (such as opening a pdf), both NDCTL and firefox suddendly close without warning: the simply disappear. Uninstall/Reinstall network

My network has gone blah, the part to the Internet works OK, the LAN part deterioted gradually and now I can't see any other PC or device on the LAN, What I think would be best is to uninstall networking and reinstall it. [Summary from the thread in the samba mailing list and my experience] ...Further analysis showed that the OS/2 chooses sometimes Read/Write RAW and sometimes Read/Write MPX at the connection setup. The MPX modes were normally intended to use simultaneous parallel connections over connectionless transports which does not apply to TCPBEUI.... more »

Hello there, I finally need to move from my long-time working Apache 1.3 setup to Apache 2. I'm testing with Paul Smedley's port of Apache 2.2.8. I have OS/2 4.52 installed on one of my machines. I want to join a peer to peer network. The only thing is the machine has been assigned the wrong domain name. How do I change the domain name to the right one? Thanks

Trouble Accessing linux samba server

I have a debian linux box that is running samba server. I also have an OS/2 box that was able to access the shares on the samba server.
