I've succeeded in getting the OS/2 port of TiMidity++ updated to the last release version, 2.13.2, at least to the point where it's suitable for testing. Somewhat to my (pleased) surprise, I've also actually succeeded in merging Darwin O'Connor's old (1997) GUI from TimidPM into the code. I've just rebuilt TiMidity++ v2.10.4 (text/standalone version) for OS/2, based on Darwin O'Conner's original port. I made a few minor modifications, mostly to preprocessor stuff to get it compiling on my system. But I did actually update the program code in order to fix the annoying bug where it can't find the configuration file... more »

H/W: ASUS M2V, AMD X2 4200+, 1GB RAM, ATI x850 graphics. S/W: eCS 2.0rc5 (SMP and SNAP installed from rc5) I have just installed the latest drop of mplayer (r29359-os2-4.4.0). I've tested this with a few different DVD ISOs. Basically, using mplayer -dvd-device x: dvdnav:// or mplayer -dvd-device x: dvd://# works fine if I have an ISO file mounted to drive S: (for example) using the NetDrive ISO plugin. It also works if I have the raw directory structure containing VIDEO_TS mounted using the NetDrive LOCAL plugin.... more »
