Desktop Archive - Always Executing

I've started having an issue with Desktop Archiving at startup. Its always
executing, regardless of my settings on the Desktop properties page. I
generally have the settings set at 1.0% and 21 days. Also it does not seem to
take any changes. I unchecked the 'Archive Desktop', shutdown and rebooted
and it still took an archive. The dialog box stated that no archive had been
taken in the last xx days were xx is > 21.
I checked the OS2.INI and OS2SYS.INI and did not see any settings that looked
Desktop Archive related. Where does the information from the Archives
Properties page get saved?
BTW, this is eComstation V2.1
