There were some patches for NR/2 but they are ancient and I do not think that
they had anything to do with decoding - NR/2 is an app designed for reading text
not for decoding binaries.
If you're going to find anything then it'll be in a subdirectory of
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/tcpip/fixes
