Hello all.

I am in the process of installing the latest QT Toolkit and runtime,
so I decided to give Yum a try.

I used WarpIN to install the yum bootstrap from netlabs and set D:\ as
UNIXROOT (as D:\ is my current boot volume). All got well until the
end of the warpin session.

Then I opened up the yum bootstrap console into the yum bootstrap
folder, and followed the instructions written on the screen, but
without any result. Instead, the "yum install yum" failed with the
commonly known SYS1041 error (not found).

After a dir /s, I found yum and the entire yumbt\ tree in

d:\tmp\yumbt

Even trying to use yum from there issuing "tmp\yumbt\usr\bin\yum
install yum" failed with the error message "execv failed, rc=-1".

So I'm wondering if I have to launch yum CD'ing to tmp\yumbt\usr\bin
or there's some quirk I misread...

Thanks in advance,
Mentore

You should have used D: as UNIXROOT, no trailing slash or backslash.
