Where can GCC454.DLL be found? Apparently Jhead uses it, but popular
resources still are at 4.5.2.

Yes, "a" Jhead:

[C:\]jhead -V
Jhead version: 2.8 Compiled: Nov 27 2007


And (requires this GCC454):

GCC 4.5.4 is being worked on and probably shouldn't be used for
production. The full build is on Pauls server but I don't want to post
the URL here

Thank you. So I doesn't really exist yet. Fair enough, no need to
disturb developers nor developments at all.

See there is a new build on Hobbes which doesn't depend on gcc454.dll

You may have missed the "A", the ":", and the version number 2.97 in
the provided link. :-)
