ISTR apps like Cosmos/2 stopped working properly because video drivers
no longer support some Gpi-functions. No stars and constellations
drawn, just a black background. BTW, this also means using an
original, buggy OS/2 video driver instead of SNAP sometimes is
usefull, unlike an earlier confirmed claim, because older apps still
may work.
I think Mensys just distributed this app. I assume it's not updated
nor fixable. Is this right, or did I overlook an update or DLL-warper?
I known there's Night Vision, but I'm not looking for excellent
alternatives as such (another alternative would be to buy a dusty $10
IBM notebook with native OS/2 video drivers to recall those memories).
