hits you in the face. frank mccoy proudly created this inappropriate
garbage involving sex with family members and children. frank mccoy
has no morals or common sense. His ''fan base'' can only consist of
pedophiles and men with serious and dangerous sexual problems.

and he has no remorse for polluting the internet with unsuitable and
totally disgusting filth. frank mccoy was arrested for being a

The point I was trying to make was: Even "Obscene" writing
is/was/should-be protected under the First Amendment of the
Constitution. If nobody objects to what I'm writing or posting, then
how can I challenge the Law? The Supreme Court doesn't ALLOW
challenges to any law where the enforcement doesn't hurt you
personally. You have to have "standing" to get relief.

Thus I needed to be charged under the statute I'm trying to fight for
it to be decided as a Constitutional Issue; and face REAL punishment
under said law.

Thus my very first story included as much as possible to annoy the
blue-noses (like you) while still remaining art, literature, humor,
political satire, and a love-story with no pain or force in it.
"As much as possible" including the subjects:

Parent/child (both sexual variants)
Young Sibling
Adult sibling
Aunt/uncle-nephew/niece
Grandparent/grandchild
Etc.
Pedophilia (young people enjoying sex)
Bestiality
Miscegenation
Power situations
Teacher/student
Boss/employee

"straight sex"
Homosexual
And anything else I could fit into the story with a shoehorn.
All deliberately NOT leaving out the squishy in-and-out details like
most "Romance Novels" (often called "soft porn) usually do; but
instead drawing out each sexual encounter and penetration to the
ultimate detail.
After all, the intent was to OFFEND "delicate sensibilities"; while
still remaining a damned good story (or, at least the best I could
possibly write).
So, yes that story (and those who followed) deliberately *IS* by the
standards of people like B&C who think that reality about sex should
be hidden and never spoken-of, a "flood of filth hits you in the face"
and "inappropriate garbage involving sex with family members and
children". For that's exactly what it's *intended to be*!
Otherwise it wouldn't do the job it was written for.
By the standards of those who think sex-stories should be stories
about SEX, and not bowdlerized into something you can only make out
what's going on by reading DEEP "between the lines" or over the
asterisks, those stories are like cracking the window and letting a
breath of fresh air into a room that's been shut up tight for decades
or even centuries.
"Children" actually DO have sex before they turn 18.
Many, if not most children DO have sex with family members.
(Family members being the most *convenient* for sexual
experimentation.)
Boys being boys, many DO experiment with both sexes when they can.
Sex between people of different color DOES happen.
And yes, people, even young girls under 18, DO get pregnant!
Etc.
And yes, a *LOT* more goes on between a man and a woman (or boy and
girl) than just vanishing into a bedroom one night; and then a baby
magically appears nine months later. Leaving out the "juicy details"
is like snipping the Gettysburg Address and leaving out everything in
the middle between: "We are gathered here to" and "perish from the
earth."
No ... I don't *quite* consider myself a "civil rights leader".
I DO however (and did) decide that it was my Civic Duty to fight for a
cause that nobody else seemed willing to stand up for, because the
cause was socially unpopular; just like much earlier in life I found
it my Civic Duty to volunteer in the Marines.
However, to be a leader of any kind, even or especially a "civil
rights leader", you need *followers* ... Specifically people willing
to stand in the line-of-fire and face down the law; like the people
went down south and faced-down water-cannons and arrest during
protests against discrimination.
I have lots, thousands actually, or *supporters*; but not much in the
way of those willing to face being arrested, lose money or material
goods, or even jail-time; and certainly not death, just to stand up
for a point of law protecting unpopular speech and writing.
But then, the POINT of supporting any right, is to support the right
even in cases you particularly don't like. Thus, while I outright
*despise* the American Nazi Party, and nearly-as-much NAMBLA, I
support their *RIGHT* to speak up and argue their positions.
"I may disagree with what you have to say; but I will defend to the
death your right to SAY it."
Thus, THIS case.
And, since nobody ELSE seems willing to "say it" in the face of
criminal prosecution, as the above expression states, I feel it my
Civic Duty to do so.
I'm trapped if I want to maintain my integrity.

married Aisha when she was FIVE; and had sexual relations with the
girl when she was nine. Note: That does *NOT* make either Muhammed or
Joseph into "pedophiles" as some people accuse; as such marriages were
not only quite common in those days; but even *expected*!)
The modern definition of "pedophilia" is actually VERY recent, even in
the USA. In times before the middle of the 1800s, getting married at
12 or 13 was close to normal. Sometime go look up your own genealogy
and see the distance between one generation and the next with your
great or great-great grandparents; especially the female-half.
Nowadays, to make sexual attraction to what once was/would-have-been a
normal and very desirable mate for most men into something seen as
filthy and obscene, just shows how far from reality our society has
pushed things.

But your logic sucks.
By that same logic, we should never allow murder-mysteries, Goosebumps
tales, most "fairy tales" any of Stephen King's novels, or other
material depicting truly NASTY actions of despicable individuals.
And yet, murder most foul, grisly torture, mutilation, and
dismemberment, "unspeakable" crimes NOT involving sex, are put right
out on the shelves of libraries for impressionable kids to read and
get ideas from; while love-stories depicting SEX as something
wonderful and desirable are all banned.
NOBODY gets hurt, abused, tortured, or killed in "An Erotic Story".
People have SEX because they WANT to; not because they're forced.
The hypocrisy of the whole argument is amazing!
Supposedly, by YOUR argument, it's far better for a so-called "child"
under 18 to be tortured terribly for weeks and finally killed by a
crazed mental-patient than for her to seduce and have sex with an
older boy she's in love with.

And yes, FAR better that a young child READ such gore and mayhem and
the glories and sheer FUN of poking somebody's eyes out with an
ice-pick or burning holes in their bodies, than ever (s)he learn that
sex isn't something horrible, terrible, painful, and (again) "worse
than death itself", but actually something most people enjoy!
The religious arguments in favor of torture, murder, abuse, and such
as being *desirable*; while loving sex is something to be denigrated,
hidden, called "obscene", and taught to children as something *EVIL*
that they must never EVER do ... And then suddenly, when they turn 25
or 30 or so, becomes an evil necessity they must bear, but ONLY for
making babies, is simply amazing.
Worse-yet, it seems most people would actually PREFER the torturer and
murderer as a neighbor than an 18-year-old boy who let himself be
seduced by a 17-year-old girl ... Well, at least out in California!
