There is a utility cvtico.exe which can be used to convert windows icons
into OS/2 icons. I downloaded my copy of this utility from the OS/2 forum
on Compuserve, but I'm sure its also available on many of the OS/2 BBS's
that you may have access to.

I have a couple hundred icons that I use to use with Windoze. If I try to
open and edit them with OS/2's Icon Editor I get the message that it is not
a proper file. How can I convert Windows icons to OS/2 icons?
Also, is there a way to get OS/2 to recognize more than the first icon in
an .exe or .dll file like is possible with Windows?
I apologize in advance is this is a FAQ, but I couldn't find the answer
anywhere I looked.
Thanks,

I've seen a Windows to OS/2 Icon Converter included in the
disk on DVORAK'S GUIDE TO OS/2. I know this doesn't help much, as the book
retails for $45.00.
