Define "GUI". I think you mean something besides "GUI" - maybe IDE
(Integrated Developent Environment), but the DOS IDE versions are not
graphical - that pretty much takes an OS with a Graphical User Interface,
something like Windows.

A graphical GUI **library** or a graphical IDE for Turbo C++?
If the former, search for "Turbo C++ GUI library"
