help,when make tv.lib,get error message!

I wanna make tv.lib in Turbo C++ 3.0 (dos7.1).I download tv.zip from
borand's
ftp.(ftp.borland.com/pub/borlandcpp/devsupport/archive/turbovision/tv.zip),and
I unziped source to C:\TC\SOURCE\TVISION and include to
c:\TC\INCLUD\TVISON.
When i execute make all.C:\TC\SOURCE\TVISION> make all,i got message :
exception 12:stack segment fualt at 010f:407b error code 0000
ax=01df,bx=01db,cx=0070,dx=01db,di=0000,si=0001
ds=0197 limit=ffff segment# 000A C:\TC\BIN\MAKE.exe

ss=
error code=0000 limit=INVL segment#
strike any key to continue
unhandled exception 000c at 010f 407b errcode 0000.
