mysterious file 
  hey all, over the last week i keep noticing a file that keeps popping up on my system called pzsejr.exe. it shows up when i run msconfig under the Startup tab (in fact, i'll uncheck it, then moments later if I run msconfig again, it will show up checked again!!). Can't see Folder/Drive Properties in Windows Explorer! 
  I have a new installation of Windows 2000 Pro. If I right click any drive or folder in windows explorer, then click Properties, nothing happens ... nothing at all. Properties ARE visible if I do the same with these objects: My Documents, My Computer, My Network Places, Recycle Bin and Internet Explorer.... more »

Swap File Error 
  We have a DOS based application that runs on a Windows 2000 ADV server. * Please do not laugh. It was not my idea. :-) * Anyway, we ran out of disk space on the E partition and the application crashed. IE ignores my settings after installing SP2 
  I had Norton firewall all set up the way I wanted it. Now, with stupid IE blocking popups, it is interfering with my sites that I set up in Norton to allow popups. I uncheck "block popups", but it keeps re-checking it! What the hell is that? You can only uncheck it temporarily? I have even tried changing security settings for certain sites, but it completely... more »

Windows 98 neither IE nor Netscape can access the Internet 
  Windows 98 neither IE nor Netscape can access the Internet. I can connect map drives from machines in my network, but can't access the Internet. What would cause this? I scaned all of the files for a Virus and don't find any.

Can't set Eudora as default mail program in Windows XP 
  I'm using Eudora 6 and Windows XP. I've done all the regular stuff to make Eudora the default mailer in Windows XP (gone into Control Panel, clicked on Internet Options, clicked on Programs, selected Eudora from the list). D:\ is not ready 
  I used D: (w/ 98SE boot disk in A:)to install 98SE. D: shows up in windows explorer in the middle of the C: directory, but I get message D:\ is not ready Device not ready when I try to use it.
