FAST AVI Master & MIRO dc20 problems !

I got Miro's DC20 and FAST's AVIMaster video card and some problems too !

1. I captured some stuff with AVIMaster in 768x576 field1 in 5.5:1 ratio,
and now DC20 can not play those clips.
How to make DC20 play those clips ?

2. Premiere exports preview on output of DC20 so I can see it on TV,
but with AVI Master you can see preview only on VGA monitor, what
makes editing so bad with Premiere & AVI Master.
Is it possible to force Premiere or AVI Master to export preview
on TV ?
