Subject: changing the refresh rate of the monitor in Win95

HI,

I made a program to display the images on the screen in a fast way, to
do this  the program first loads the images in a virtual ram drive then
displays them on the screen. I made this in a Windows 95 enviromet. But
I stuck to trace (refresh )rate. I wander if there is a way to chage the
trace (refresh) rate of the monitor by using turbo pascal or in other
way to get 30 images in one second or 60 images in one second. Now the
program (by halving the speed) displays 90   images in 2.63 second

Thak you very much
