hidden folder icon

Hello
I found in shell32.dll the icon used to represent a folder, but where is the
'hidden folder' icon ???

I believe they are just grayed by explorer (either in code or a mask).
It does it for all icons and not just it's own built in ones

The ListView sets its state to LVIS_CUT
