Probably your only resource would be the Microsoft DDK from the time,
but I doubt you can obtain it legally any more. If my understand is
correct, Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 didn't support
display mini-drivers, and you had to write a complete driver. Since that
essentially ment implementing all of GDI, video drivers at the time were
all just modified versions of Microsoft's sample version in the DDK.
