The features that allow to make a drag and drop server are *not* (yet ?)
documented by MS.
But there is a very good book called "Undocumented Windows" which explain
a lot of undocumented windows stuff, ie the drag and drop servers.

This functionality is not documented by Microsoft (yet?). So, any
program that hacks around in order to accomplish this may have to be
changed with the next version of Windows. Hopefully, though, this
is not likely.
Having said that, I like to say that the August 1992 issue of
_Windows Tech Journal_ describes how to do this in Jonathan Zuck's
column "The WinTechnician Is In." The column is on page 66 of the
aforementioned issue.
