after starting several Dos-programs on my new NT-PC, the cpu-usage is
near 100%. My old (and slower) computer didn't reach 40% with the same
program. I can't find the difference!

I've found it out myself!
- explorer - c:\winnt - file:_default - properties
there you can find it!
