Some months ago I installed some software associated with an Olympus digital
camera that I needed for a particular project. The project has been
completed, and I no longer have the camera. I uninstalled the software, but
there's still an object(?) listed in Explorer called "My Digital Camera."
I'm not sure what this is -- it appears to be of the same nature as Control
Panel, Printers, Scheduled Tasks, and Web Folders (i.e., it's not a drive).
Attempts to highlight and delete it via Explorer do nothing. It doesn't
appear to be causing any trouble, but it's annoying; I'd like to remove it,
as well as understand just what it is.

Constructive suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

If you're comfortable with editing the Windows registry, search for it
there, and delete it.
