Could anyone provide me with a site, that lists all the .dll files that
should be removed to lock down NT4 server and increase security.

No, they can't, since removing DLL files has little to do with
increasing security. It is much more likely to simply break your
system.

You probably want something like http://www.trusted-systems.com/. They
have a highly regarded document about securing NT machines. There
isn't much in it about removing dlls though.....

Replace indicated characters with common 4-letter word meaning the same thing
