Going entirely from memory so this is close but wording might be slightly
off.

Start, Settings, Printers, Add a New printer
Add a Local Printer,
Use the following port (normally LPT1) or Create a new port , open the list
and scroll down and at the bottom of the list select Standard TCP/IP Port
and enter the IP address.
