Workgroup: How to share folders with specific users?

Hi:

I want to set up a workgroup (not a domain) with Windows XP Pro with 2
PCs connected via a DSL/router/switch. Each PC has several users -
some with admin rights (parents) and some without (children).

I want to share certain directories and files with *specific users* in
the workgroup. How do I do that?
