Monitoring windows files and folders in realtime

Hello,

I'd like to know if anyone here needs or uses a utility for watching
changes in files and folders in real-time, with ability to execute
custom actions/copy/delete/email notification? We have developed a
product for this purpose and we have a limited number of free
registration codes available for people willing to give it a test-
drive and provide some feedback. If you are interested drop me a note.
