ICS unusual problem 
  Hi My ICS is playing up, from the client I can only get one page http page from an url.... I did say "unusual" :) I have a desktop with Windows ME a wireless adapter and a wired network card. wireless file sharing via Netgear WGR614 
  I've just set up a network of 2 computers-- one runs OS/2 (no comments, please) and the other is a laptop with XP. They're networked with a Netgear WGR614 (v5) wireless router. Both computers can access the internet and they can ping each other. The computers are set to share files via NETBIOS (again, no comments).... more »

HowTO - ADMIN Login AS another User?? 
  windows 2000 - 2003 In *nix O/S's the root user can actually switch to a user's account AS IF they WERE that user. This allows admin to test criteria AS THAT USER. Can this be done with windows???? tia - Ned

XP Networking Problem with workgroup 
  Help. Trying to add a new XP SP2 laptop to the network. Has network connectivity, and can browse the internet, but can't browse our workgroup or access computers by name, but can by IP address. For a brief time this computer had a duplicate name to an existing machine on the network, but has since been changed.... more »

Need help with both wireless and wired network connections.

router problems 
  Hi, Is there a way to manage/change my local ip addresses on my router. I have DHCP disabled and now I noticed that I can't even see the currently assigned addresses anywhere, I have to guess the ip's, lol. also is there a way to have my pc internet traffic go to my pc and my playstation traffic go to my playstation and not my pc.... more »
