Problem Switching between Ethernet/Wireless

Hi Guys,

Recently I started facing a peculiar problem. I have a Dell laptop
which runs Xp SP2. Whenever I switch from my Ethernet connection and
try to go on wireless, I am unable to access network. The Wireless
status icon shows that I am connected to Wireless but nothing on the
network is accessible and obviously the internet is also not working.
I need to reboot my system and then it hooks up on wireless
successfully and I am able to access everything. But then as soon as I
hook on the Ethernet cable I am not able to access network reqources
and need to reboot again.

This was not the case earlier and I dont know how it started happening
all of a sudden.
