'Print Artist'-format

I have an image-file generated by a tool called 'Print Artist'. The
extension of the file is sgn. I do not have that tool but I want to edit
this imagefile. Does anyone know a tool that can transform such files to
a format I can handle (jpg,tif,...) ?

Print Artist is supplied by Epson with their printers and has
several file extensions. SGN means the object is a sign.
The file format may be the same however.

I have neveer tried to convert them.
