Every couple of weeks now with Win 7 I get a popup menu about language
selection. It is already set to the proper language, so this is
something I do not need.

When it does appear, I do not seem to be able to control it. I can make
no selection, nor can I make the window disappear. It is always on top.
I need to reboot the computer to get rid of this popup. What is wrong here?
