I downloaded an archive of compressed files (http://www.downport.com/
wbd/Traveller_World_Builder_Deluxe.ZIP). After much ado I got the
archive to spit out its individual files (with 1 error. had to use
real PKUNZIP; imitations completely choked).

Now I am stuck not knowing how to decompress the individual files.
They all have names that end in an underscore, like MSVCRT40.dl_ and
AsycFilt.dl_. Unfortunately, my only experience with such files is
when they are a part of a CAB file. I've never had to decompress the
individual files. Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks, -Greg

You shouldn't need to decompress them, there should be one 'visible'
file with complete extension somewhere called 'setup.exe' or
'install.exe' Run that and it will deal with 'decompressing' the rest.

There isn't one, so my question remains.

No bcause the zip file is corrupt. The web page
http://www.downport.com/wbd/World_Builder_Deluxe.htm says the file is
4.5 mega, the file is 2.68 mega. Voila the problem.
