Why doesn't DOS ever say "EXCELLENT command or filename"?
>How can I terminate a win95 application in another DOS-window, is it
>possible?
>Or, how can I terminate a Win95 application with a single command?
Go to the software page on my web site:

and download the Windows Utilities. Look for CLOSEALL that shuts down
all applications and WINTIME that will let you schedule programs.
CLOSEALL has recently been amended to 'kill' selective applications.
Please Email me for details or a demo version.
Lots of other apps and utilities there you may find useful (eg change
notepad and wordpad defaults, close down and restart Windows at the
click of a button, close programs after a specified time etc).
Cheers!
