Hi,

I've played a little with Minix 3.1.1 on latest Bochs, it went ok. That
is, most things worked (couldn't get tests 39 and 40 done).

I'm trying to install ver. 3.1.2 under Bochs, with no networking. Setup
finishes, but packman complains "no packages list found on CD in
/mnt/install/packages/List". I've checked, there is no List file in the
mentioned directory.

Am I missing something or it can't currently run packman from CD?

Maybe the .iso you downloaded was the nopackages-version.Try the image
with packets (http://www.minix3.org/download/IDE-3.1.2.iso.bz2).
