FIPS 2.0 and other DOS utilities

The Minix CD-ROM and the 2.0.0 distribution provide FIPS 1.5 for
dividing an existing DOS/Windows partition into two partitions. This
is necessary for a standard Minix installation on a machine where
Windows has been originally installed to use the entire hard disk.

New versions of Windows 95 and 98 use a FAT32 file system that is not
supported by FIPS 1.5. A newer version, FIPS 2.0, is available that
does support these.

I have added FIPS 2.0 to the /pub/minix.2.0/dosutil directory on
minix1.hampshire.edu. Also, a user of my other site,
thompson.oit.umass.edu (where I have posted Minix 2.0.2) recently
pointed out to me that the dosutil directory was missing there; I have
added this directory to the thompson site.
