No. That's like asking to race in a Formula 1 event in your neighbor's
Yugo.

Why, yes, there is. http://sources.redhat.com/, look for cygwin. Make
sure you install the X packages. The way I've used it is to startup X
windows on the winbox, start up a terminal, then ssh -X to the linux
box and *poof* it should work...

I can please only one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow
isn't looking good, either.
I am BOFH. Resistance is futile. Your network will be assimilated.
If you wish to run an X client (like xterm) on machine A, and have it
displayed on machine B, then machine B must be running an X server. If
you're using PuTTY, go to Connection->SSH->Tunnels and check the "X11
forwarding" box.

Cygwin has one. If you don't like that and you don't like the
commercial X servers available for 'Doze, you might consider TightVNC.
You can use the -via option to the TightVNC viewer to have it tunnel its
connection over ssh. You need to be running vncserver or krfb (that's
KDE Control Center->Internet and Network->Desktop sharing in KDE 3.1) on
your Linux box.
