I do have a home network of several computers. Till now they all run a
version of Windows.
For that network I have Belkin f5l009 Network USB server. Lately I
incorporated a Unbuntu system in my network. That system does not see the
serverProbably because it has no software to do so. Belkin just produces
only Windows software.
Is there anyone who can tell me where to find Linux software for this
server.
The Belkin f5l009 is a simple device with 5 ESB ports and one network port.
Via the software I can choose which device to souple with a virtual USB port
on my computer. Printers can be shared.

I think it is a version of Apache, but I am not sure.
That said, I would suggest going over to Windows Support and searching
for solutions there. This is a common support problem, and you should
find some answers there.
Also, IF Apache is the answer (or some other system), a version should
be available through the Open Source Project for Linux. So, a search
with Linux & Windows 7 as keywords might generate some resources.

Samba allows Unix computers to join (or take over) a Windows network. With the basic Samba you offer Windows shares, you can also mount external Shares using the "cifs" filesystem - part of Samba.
Then again I may have misunderstood this whole thread completely.
