Bluetooth USB device not waking up after hibernation

Hello.
I put my laptop to sleep with tuxonice. On resuming, the bluetooth
mouse (logitech m555b) isn't recognized.
In fact, the Bluetooth chipset has disappeared from lsusb. It as an
Asus BT183 device.
I remove all bluetooth-related modules before hibernating (via the
/usr/local/bin/ready_for_hibernation hook in the hibernate script),
and reinsert them on waking up; but hciconfig them shows no device
available.
Any hint on this?
