I need to purchase a tape drive supporting either DLT-4000 or DDS-3
media. I'll also need a SCSI card at the same time. I would appreciate
hearing from anyone that is running such a drive under linux (x86).
Success stories and not quite so success stories would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris.

I have 2 Quantum DLT 4000 drives connected to a BusLogic SCSI Controller
running just fine as Amanda Backup Server.

I had a lot of trouble with a DDS2 Tape Changer (was 3 times in repair
and sometimes ate tapes :-(.

Ciao
