What people precisely consider to be 'a horrible OS' is very much a
matter of opinion.

And '95% market share' is no indication of any particular quality
(there earth wasn't flat by the time '95%' of all people were still
convinced that it was). Also, people don't buy Windows. They get it
bundled with hardware they buy.
