Fvwm release 0.92 has been uploaded to sunsite again, as file
/pub/Linux/Incoming/fvwm-0.92.tar.z.

Fvwm is a light-weight window manager which provides a simple virtual
desktop and a 3-D look for windows decorations.

Memory consumption for Fvwm is about 1/2 to 1/3 that of twm.
Fvwm is targeted at machines with too little memory, and at laptops
on which mouse usage may be awkward. All window manager functions
can be performed (conveniently) without a mouse.

In this release we have the following new features:
1. 3D look for menus
2. 3D look for icon frames
3. Improved handling for shaped windows like oclock and xeyes. Since these
extensions consume an extra 60Kbytes of memory by loading in portions
of the LibXt shared library, they are not compiled in by default.

Bug Fixes:
1. Restart operation now works correctly
2. Several dialog box and pull-down menu bugs were fixed.

A Linux binary isincluded. To use it you will need libc-4.4.1, XFree-1.3.
Shaped window extensions are not included in the binary.
