FIDOGATE 3.6 --- important patches

The recently announce FIDOGATE 3.6 contains some bugs, which surfaced
with daylight savings time. Especially CNews is quite unhappy with the
dates generated by FIDOGATE, resulting in an "unparsable date". (This
depends on your time zone name.)

The following 3 patches should (hopefully) fix this:

3157 Apr 3 12:56 fidogate-3.6.patch3
Available at ftp.dfv.rwth-aachen.de:/pub/mail+news, I also uploaded them
to sunsite.unc.edu. A complete fidogate-3.6.3.tar.gz is available at our
ftp server.
Patch1 was already announced with the release of FIDOGATE 3.6, the new
one is the same, just the comment at the beginning of the file is slightly
changed.
