Dear University of Manchester,

Why do you allow a deadbeat student who goes by the name of Roy
Schestowitz, to use your networking facilities to spam his garbage all over
the Internet?

He is currently administrating several for profit websites, both his own,
loke boycottnovel and for clients like Daniel Sorogon, via your network.

Is this not a TOS violation?

If so, why do you allow Mr. Schestowitz to use your network for his own
personal financial gain.

Your prompt reply is appreciated and understand he has friends in the
computing center who will squash this request so please address this at a
higher level.

cc:dean, alumni association president, president of University, head of
computing services etc.

Signed: Everyone who is sick of Roy Schestowitz and his spam.

This activity is seriously impacting our ability to disrupt and waste the

We also earn 5 cents from Microsoft for every anti Linux post we make,

Yup, and multiple posts as that. I am still waiting for that new female
nym to appear, who seems curious about Linux, then degrades to an agenda

Many see Roy's contributions as a good and valuable service. Other
than his provocative titles, most of his postings are simply chosen
snippets of articles which he has researched and organized into a
particular topic. His boycott Novell website may trigger contriversy
- even I don't agree with him here. On the other hand, he has clearly
given his position some thought.

We now know the consequences of the Microsoft/Novell deal, including
the commercialization of Xen by Citrix, a Microsoft Windows controlled
hypervisor, and an effort to standardize VM images such that they
could be used by various hypervisors and virtualization engines.

Roy thinks this is a bad thing, and makes a strong case. Many, like
me, see this as an effective method of forcing Microsoft to adhere to
public standards that are supported by multiple vendors, rather than
letting it simply embrace, extend, and crush the competition, like a
big anaconda, snake.
