I sat on IBM's presentation of that supercomputer in the recent Linux
expo here in Boston. The announcement was being made the next day in
Barcelona but they showed us a 'hush-hush' sneak video of the project.
They used a former -and really beautiful- chapel to house all the
circuitry. They also praised the Spanish technicians for their
detailed craftmanship -almost medieval- work in cabling and everything
else.
The whole thing looks awesome.
