Hi Has anyone the sources as printed in The Programmer's CP/M Handbook?
I could retype it from the book or try to OCR it, but if it is already
available...

Why type? Andy Johnson-Laird released most of the programs a few years ago:

The "generic" CBIOS, at least, is on my Web site -- www.hanscom.us . Burrow down into the "CBIOS Boneyard".
