How do I connect to the modula2.dsk so I can use Modula-2?

Download http://www.schorn.ch/cpm/zip/modula2.zip and
http://www.schorn.ch/cpm/zip/cpm2.zip and unzip both .zip files into the
same directory. Then you just run the command "altairz80 modula2" -
Modula-2 is on B:
